Petite Cheesecake Tart Recipe

I found this recipe in my Grandmother's cookbook.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Beat all ingredients (excluding vanilla wafers) well in a mixing bowl.
  3. Put liners in cupcake tins and add one vanilla wafer to each liner.
  4. Add cream mixture to wafer in cupcake liner.
  5. Bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Place in refridgerator until properly cooled.
  7. Once cooled, put about 1 teaspoon of favourite pie filling on top of each tart.

Writer's Notes:

I'm not entirely sure it will, but the recipe I have does state that it will make 3 dozen tarts. I have never actually made this before, but I would like to at some point in the future. It seems like a nice little snack.
