Petite Cheesecake Tart Recipe
I found this recipe in my Grandmother's cookbook.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Vanilla wafers
After Baking
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Beat all ingredients (excluding vanilla wafers) well in a mixing bowl.
- Put liners in cupcake tins and add one vanilla wafer to each liner.
- Add cream mixture to wafer in cupcake liner.
- Bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes.
- Place in refridgerator until properly cooled.
- Once cooled, put about 1 teaspoon of favourite pie filling on top of each tart.
Writer's Notes:
I'm not entirely sure it will, but the recipe I have does state that it will make 3 dozen tarts. I have never
actually made this before, but I would like to at some point in the future. It seems like a nice little snack.
