Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Beat all ingredients (excluding vanilla wafers) well in a mixing bowl.
- Put liners in cupcake tins and add one vanilla wafer to each liner.
- Add cream mixture to wafer in cupcake liner.
- Bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes.
- Place in refridgerator until properly cooled.
- Once cooled, put about 1 teaspoon of favourite pie filling on top of each tart.
